Skinny Breakfast Bap
2 lean bacon medallions 1 egg 1 wholemeal thin (kingsmill or asda/tesco own brand) Spinach & a few mushrooms or cherry tomatoes Tablespoon 50% less salt 50% less sugar ketchup

Add your medallions and egg to a pan, you can dry fry or use a few squirts of fry light spray while these are cooking slice your mushrooms or tomatoes, when cooked all all to the thin and enjoy. I recommend batch cooking bacon for example cook a 6 slices at once this would do you 3 days in a row.
