This is why preparing your meals is key, not only do you know exactly what your eating but it is alot cheaper and not as high in calories. . Mine- Chicken & Smoked Bacon pasta with thousand Island dressing ⬇️ 48g Protein 39g Carbs 10g Fat . . Tesco- Chicken & Bacon pasta with mayonnaise ⬇️ 31g Protein* 82g Carbs* 57g Fat* . It states 487 calories (PER 1/2 PACK) I cannot stress how important it is to read food labels.
