Orange Chocolate Mousse

1 avocado 1 orange 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Cut avocado in half longways, twist, remove stone and scoop away from the skin then add to blender, finely grate the orange then halve it and  squeeze in the juice. Add the zest into the blender too. Add the honey and cocoa powder, blend until smooth and enjoy.
