1 Chicken Burger (like a steak burger only chicken-usually available from butchers) lettuce, tomato, onion 1/2 tsp bbq seasoning tbsp bbq sauce & tbsp extra light mayo 1 wholemeal thin or bagel thin
Cook your burger in the oven, even cook a few they will keep in the fridge! if you cant get your hands on chicken burgers buy turkey burgers instead. Mix your bbq sauce and mayo together then add the bbq seasoning and mix again, chop your onion lettuce and tomato then add to your thin or bagel along with the burger and sauce. Enjoy its beaut!
