The customer has 7 days to return a product to receive an exchange or refund. Please include your proof of purchase this may be your order confirmation or a small note containing order number. A refund will be issued via the same method of payment in which you purchased the items with excluding any postage you have paid.
Returns will be accepted where the items are:
• Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;
• In their original condition and original packaging; and
• With the original labels, tags and promotional items.
Returns for Faulty items will be accepted where they are returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility.
Please note that O|W activewear has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufactures fault, exchanges will not be provided.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to us.

Please note ALL BLACK FRIDAY OR GENERAL SALE items are FINAL. All Sports bras are final. We will not be able to offer returns & exchanges on sale items. All plans purchased are non refundable.
COST OF RETURNS
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to us. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach us.
In our experience Return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’. When your posting your return, please include your details so that we can process the parcel when it arrives back to us. We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. O|W activewear will not be liable for items that do not reach us and cannot be tracked.
